29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): When power operated tools are designed to accommodate guards, they shall be equipped with such guards when in use. Jobsite - On or about December 12, 2012 employees were using a 4 1/2 inch DeWalt portable grinder to cut rebar. The grinder did not have a safety guard.
