(a) Dry Lumber Storage (chicken) House to Yard where trucks are loaded - On or about December 13, 2012, employees were exposed to being crushed while operating the Caterpillar V-80-E Forklift, should it overturn, due to the absence of a seat, with seatbelts, conforming to the manufacturer's original design specifications.    AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO:
