29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Employees were required to work with chemicals, such as but not limited to Fleet Charge 50/50 prediluted antifreeze, Gadus extreme pressure grease, and Castrol Tection Extra motor oil . A written hazard communications program was not established and/or implemented, exposing employees to hazards associated with the chemicals in use. The RCI Asset Management Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200 (e)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314645094, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on February 23, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 281 Mount Zion Road, Atlanta, Georgia.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced: a) The employer did not conduct training for employees to inform them of the hazards associated with the chemicals that they use on a regular basis, such as but not limited to, Fleet Charge 50/50 prediluted antifreeze, Gadus extreme pressure grease, and Castrol Tection Extra motor oil, exposing them to moderate skin, eye and respiratory irritations. The RCI Asset Managemnt, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200 (h), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314645094, citation number 1, item number 2c and was affirmed as a final order on February 23, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 281 Mount Zion Road, Atlanta, Georgia.
