Employees were exposed to the hazard of electrical shock.

29 CFR 1910.179(h)(4): Hooks did not meet the manufacturer's recommendations. a) On or about December 14, 2012, the hook latch on a Merill 3-Ton overhead crane, located in the center of the Production Area, was not functional. The crane was used to lift fabricated metal parts, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by moving parts.
