29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which is six feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) On or about 12/14/12 CSHO observed an employee working on and from a structural steel frame securing rigging for the demolition of this structure while not wearing any fall protection.
