Main St., Millbury, MA:     On or about December 12, 2012, three (3) employees were observed working on this steep roof more than 25 feet above the ground below without any fall protection as required by this subpart:    Carlino Building Associates, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315517748 which became a final order on May 31, 2012 with respect to a violation at a jobsite at 231 N Main St. in Brookfield, MA.      Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
