29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1):Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems:    (a) 4104 Shops Way Northborough, MA: On or about December 13, 2012, employees were observed welding/working on what will be the roof of the restaurant at this address more than 16 feet above the ground below without any fall protection as required by this subpart:    Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
