29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):     The employer used forklifts  to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied:  a) 13080 Highway 49 in Gulfport, MS - On or about December 12, 2012, an employee was working from a work platform at a height of 25 feet that was not attached to the forks and the back rest.
