Or, in the alternative:     1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures shall be developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section.     (a) Location - Production:    On or about 12/14/12, the employer failed to ensure that a procedure was utilized to control hazardous energy when a hommus filling machine was serviced.
