29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) Jobsite-202-216 Shawmont Ave., Philadelphia, PA- The employer did not provide fall protection training to his employees who were installing trusses on a three story residence at approximately 30 feet above ground level. Observed on or about 12/17/12. Note: Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
