29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Jobsite: 2nd & Oxford Streets - Two employees were engaged in painting operations from a Genie aerial lift approximately 20 feet above ground level. The employees were not wearing a personal fall arrest system or personal fall restraint system while performing this operation from the aerial lift. Observed on or about 11/15/12.
