29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about on December 05, 2012, two employees were observed performing roofing work on a residential home under construction without utilizing any fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall up to 9 feet to the ground below. ARMANDO VELEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER #527518, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 26, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 7729 MAPLE LANE, EL PASO, TEXAS, 79835.
