29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Te distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: Against the north wall of the shop: The employer did not ensure that the adjustable tongue guard on the JET 6 bench grinder (model# JBG-6A), was adjusted properly. The distance on the left side was approximately 5/8 from the surface of the wheel to the guard and on the right it was approximately 3/8.
