29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) 775 Berne Road Columbia Falls, MT 59912; floor shop: On December 18, 2012 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to shock and fire hazards from using a flexible cord as fixed wiring in the floor shop to energize an overhead fluorescent light.
