29 CFR 1926.450(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: a) At the worksite, 9550 Seawall Blvd., Galveston, Texas, on or about Decemeber 18, 2012 - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 50 feet while dismantling a scaffold which was not fully planked on the level in which employees were walking/working.
