29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. South side, second level, above the entrance of a commercial building under construction, employees were installing the decking next to an unprotected side 10 feet above ground level without fall protection.
