29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable. (a) Sinter Plant, Ground Floor: On or about December 19, 2012, the floor drainage system was clogged to the point that it would not drain standing water. This condition presents a slipping hazard to employees.
