29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):     Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and fuardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:    (a) Location - Building 24, New England Executive Park Burlington, MA, 01803  On or about 12/19/12, employees were not protected from falling more than 6 feet above a lower level while working on the roof of a three story building.    Rowland Roofing & Cladding, LLC was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 707758, Citation Number 02, Item number 001, issued on 11/19/12,  and was affirmed as a final order on 12/14/12 with respect to a workplace located at 57 Brown Street Weston, MA, 02134    Rowland Roofing & Cladding LLC was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 648219, Citation Number 01, Item number 2a, issued on 9/27/12,  and was affirmed as a final order on 10/18/12 with respect to a workplace located at 571 John Fitch Hwy Fitchburg, MA, 01420    Date by which violation must be abated: Immediately upon receipt of this citation.    Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19(d), the employer must provide documentation that this violation has been abated within 10 calendar days after receiving the citation.
