29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):     Employees shall always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and shall not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position.        (a) On or about December 13, 2013 at 290 NW Highway 7, Clinton Missouri, 64735. Workers were exposed to a hazard by using the safety rail of an Sky Jack aerial lift model number SJ111 3226 to climb on the roof.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     "Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      (a) On or about December 13, 2012 at 290 NW Highway 7, Clinton Missouri, 64735.  employees were exposed to a hazard by working on a edge with an unprotected side, without fall protection or a personal fall arrest system at heights in the excess of 13 feet.
