29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) In the Building A-5 area, on or about December 19, 2012 - Employees were regularly exposed to various kinds of "construction waste" at the site. This included waste sheets and pieces of lumber with nails protruding through, scrap concrete cinder blocks located along the regular walking paths, and tools and scrap lying around the work site, exposing employees to struck-by and tripping hazards.
