29 CFR 1910.215(a)(1): Abrasive wheel(s) used on grinding machinery were not used with safety guard(s): a. On or about 12/20/2012, at the shop area, Shutter-man Storm & Security, Inc. Employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while working with a bench grinder (i.e. Ryobi 8", Serial Number 08431149T) that lacked workrests on both sides and a tongue guard on its left side. Shutter-man Strom and Security Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312154578, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/8/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 4186 Domestic Ave, Naples, FL 34104.
