29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    (a) Employees used a "Belkin" relocatable power tap to provide power to televisions on the sales floor in the electronics department.  The cord was pulled from the device so strain relief was not ensured to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the terminal screws on or about December 18, 2012.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.    SEARS HOLDING CORPORATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION 311804066, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1,AND WAS AFFIRMEDAS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 11, 2008, WITH RESPECT TO TAWORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1000 DOVER MALL, DOVER DELEWARE.
