29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(iii):  Flammable liquid containers were not in accordance with Table H-12:    Spray Room:  On, or about, December 21, 2012, Fast Thinner, a Category 2 flammable liquid, was used to clean spray guns and related equipment over a pink, plastic pail.  It had an estimated liquid volume of two gallons and was approximately half full, which exceeded the container sizes allowed in Table H-12 of 29 CFR 1910.106.  Table H-12 allowed up to one quart of a Category 2 flammable liquid in approved plastic containers.
