The employees were using in excess of 5 gallons of gasoline to power equipment.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Jobsite at 98 Longfellow Dr., Longmeadow, MA: On or about December 19, 2012, employees engaged in residential construction more than 15 feet above the ground below were not protected from falling as required by this subpart: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
