29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 80 US Hwy 206, Stanhope, NJ. Employee was observed working inside a vehicle mounted work platform basket without the use of his harness/body belt, thereby exposing the employee to being thrown from the platform basket. Violation observed on or about 12/13/2012. Butler Sign Co., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312864648, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, with a final order issued on 6/9/2010 with respect to a workplace located at 55 State Highway 17 South, Rochelle Park, NJ. Butler Sign Co., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314680844, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, with a final order issued on 04/8/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 160 Rt. 17 North, Rochelle Park, NJ.
