29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):  All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition:  a) On the 2nd floor, on top of the 2" water line feeding the eyewash, there was accumulations of resinous dust.  b)  On the 2nd floor, on top of the support beam at the top of the north wall, there were accumulations of resinous dust exceeding a depth of approximately 1/2 of an inch.  c) On the 4th floor, at the north side Heater, there was spillage and pill-up of sand and resin materials

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2):  The floor of every workroom shall be maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable.  On the 1st floor, on the floor adjacent to three (3) open bins; finings were spilled on the ground surrounding the bins and the leg of the north bucket elevator.
