29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B):     Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used where run through holes in walls, ceilings or floors:    Near the maintenance bench, a 110 volt power strip cord was found to be running through a hole in the wall, and plugged into an outlet on the other side of the wall. The power strip powers a drill press, bench grinder, and other hand tools.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c)

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area:    Teraco Inc, had not provided employees with training on the hazardous chemicals in the workplace.  Various chemicals are used, including, but not limited to:  blanket wash, uv ink, silk screen ink and safety kleen chemicals.
