29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1):     Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in wet locations were not weatherproof:    a) Plant, Production Area - The facility had batch freezers and four continuous freezers for the production of ice cream. At the time of the current inspection, one of the continuous freezers was disabled due to repairs and only three were in operation.  At the end of the shift employees conducted cleaning/sanitation of the continuous freezers with water hoses. The electrical components including (but not limited to) the junction boxes mounted on the ceiling above the in the ceiling and the boxes and switches on the wall were not waterproof.      b) Plant, Mixing/Pasteurizing Area - Employees conducted cleaning/sanitation of the equipment with water hoses, and the electrical components including (but not limited to) the junction boxes in the ceiling and the boxes and switches on the wall were not waterproof.      Or in the alternative:     29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):     Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) Plant, Production Area - Employees conducted cleaning/sanitation of the continuous freezers with water hoses, and the electrical components including (but not limited to) the junction boxes in the ceiling and the boxes and switches on the wall were not waterproof.      b) Plant, Mixing/Pasteurizing Area - Employees conducted cleaning/sanitation of the equipment with water hoses, and the electrical components including (but not limited to) the junction boxes in the ceiling and the boxes and switches on the wall were not waterproof.
