29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(3)(ii)(B): Containers for contaminated sharps were moved from the area of use within a secondary container and the second container was not constructed to contain all contents or prevent leakage during handling, storage, transport or shipping: Bio-Hazard Storage: On or about December 28, 2012, and at times prior thereto, cardboard boxes used to collect biohazard waste bags and sharps containers were overfilled, exposing employees to the hazards of bloodborne pathogens in the event of a spill.
