29 CFR 1960.8(a): The Agency head did not furnish employment and a place of employment to each employee that were free from recognized hazards that caused or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm: Employees were exposed to the hazard of burns from fires while working in a commercial kitchen. (a) Location - 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA: On or about 12/14/2012, employees were exposed to the hazard of burns while working in a commercial kitchen with grease removal devices that did not drain into an enclosed metal container, and with a filter equipped exhaust system with removed filters.
