29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: JOB SITE: 2006-2012 Running Ridge Court, Maryland Heights, MO 63043, at this work site, workers were observed top of the apartment complex, approximatley 18 feet 3 inches eave to ground level, actively install new roof shingles, operating pneumatic nail guns without any form of eye or face protection. The workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard.
