29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminants chemical state and physical form: (a) General Chemical, LLC.-Loading/Unloading Area-Employees are required toplace a 16 foot rod railcars containing molten sulfurrodding before unloading and are potentially exposed to hydrogen sulfide, at some level,during the rodding process. The employer did not adequately evaluate the hazard of overexposure to hydrogen sulfide for exposed employees rodding railcars or about December 22, 2012.
