29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair: (a) Harrisburg Dock - Employees moved freight on the employer's dock, which, among other activities, required employees to walk on the dock where metal strips/plates were damage at dock doors 3, 7, 16, 18 and 30 by forklift forks, creating a tripping hazard, on or about January 2, 2013.
