29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):  Each employee on a scaffold 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to the lower level:    (a)J_FB Construction @ 7960 Sheridan Blvd, Westminster, CO 80003: On and before December 21, 2012, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from a fall hazard, in that, guardrails or other suitable fall protection was not installed on the fabricated frame scaffold on the west end of the building under construction.  This condition exposed the employees to the hazard of a fall of 12 feet.
