Moreno Siding & Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 3149180061, Citation Number 01, Item number 001, issued on 7/13/2011, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/6/2011 with respect to a workplace located at Lot 17, 98 Cottrell Farms, Tiverton, RI.
