29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) 123 North Miami Street, Marshall, Missouri: On or about, September 30, 2012, an employee was exposed to Premium Plus Alkali which is a corrosive which sprayed in the employee's face. There was an eye wash in the Lower CIP room but not a shower on that level for quick drenching of the body.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable trays, cable armor, cable sheath, enclosures, frames, fittings, and noncurrent-carrying parts that are to serve as grounding conductors, with or without the use of supplementary equipment grounding conductors, were not effectively bonded where necessary to ensure electrical continuity and did not have the capacity to conduct safely any fault current likely to have been imposed on them: (a) The Lower CIP Room: The conduit for the fluorescent light was not joined to ensure electrical continuity as it had rusted through exposing the electrical wiring to damage.
