The electrical outlet box in the employee break room powering the Sharp microwave oven was missing the cover. b. The electrical outlet box in the employee break room powering the Panasonic microwave was missing the cover. c. The electrical outlet box in the employee break room powering two vending machines and ice machine was missing the cover.
