This violation occurred on or about January 04, 2013, in the mill area next to the CNC CPI303 where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when hoisting material using a floor mounted jib crane that did not have rated load markings. b. This violation occurred on or about January 04, 2013, in the mill area next to the CNC CPI305 where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when hoisting material using a floor mounted jib crane that did not have rated load markings. c. This violation occurred on or about January 04, 2013, in the mill area next to the CNC CPI211 where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when hoisting material using a floor mounted jib crane that did not have rated load markings. d. This violation occurred on or about January 04, 2013, in the mill area where employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when hoisting material using floor mounted jib cranes that had not been inspected at frequent intervals and safety deficiencies were present.
