29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards:    a) The employees were performing sewer repair work in or near the traveled way of west bound Fifth Avenue, where the employer did not provide at least one advanced warning sign to warn vehicular traffic that work was taking place, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
