29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels. (a) On or about January 30, 2013, Framer at plant # 2 was exposed to continuous noise at 225.9 % of the permissible daily noise (eight hour time weighted average sound level of 90 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 96 decibels during the 230 minutes sampling period on January 30, 2013. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled. (b) On or about January 30, 2013, Framer in plant #1 was exposed to continuous noise at 270% of the permissible daily noise (eight hour time weighted average sound level of 90 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 97 decibels during the 252 minutes sampling period on January 30, 2013. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled. (c) On or about January 30, 2013, Framer in plant #1 was exposed to continuous noise at 194% of the permissible daily noise (eight hour time weighted average sound level of 90 decibels) or an equivalent sound level of approximately 95 decibels during the 250 minutes sampling period on January 30, 2013. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled.
