Abound Solar, during its former operation, had performed personal air sampling and found exposure to cadmium in excess of the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL).  Advanced Chemical Transport required workers to wear North 7600 tight fitting air purifying full facepiece respirators with P100 filters while in the regulated area.  Advanced Chemical Transport did not retain records of medical evaluations required by 29 CFR 1910.134 for all employees.

Advanced Chemical Transport did not perform initial monitoring to determine employee exposure to cadmium in the form of eight hour TWA personal air sampling of the cleaning crew.  This condition exposed employees of Advanced Chemical Transport, Aerotek Inc, and Spec Personnel LLC to a cadmium hazard.
