The container of sodium hydroxide 50% solution is carried up the stairs and added to the feed tank. The employee is exposed to liquid splash of sodium hydroxide 50% solution on the torso and legs. An appropriate splash apron was not provided. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
