29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems; (a) Genaro Construction, 3360 W. Belleview Ave., Denver, CO 80123; On and before January 9, 2013, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees performing roofing work were protected from fall hazards through adequate fall protective measures. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 9 feet off of a roof with a 4:12 pitch.
