Three employees worked on a 4:12 pitch, single family, residential roof. This condition exposed employees to a 10.4ft fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: (a) Property Management Support Services, dba Code Construction @ 1329 Northwestern Rd., Longmont, CO 80503: On 1/9/13, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing operations were trained to recognize hazards of working at elevation and trained in the use of fall protection. Three employees were engaged in roofing work on a single story, residential home. This condition exposed employees to a 10.4ft fall hazard.
