The railing shall be provided with a toeboard wherever, beneath the open sides, 1)The area above the freezer did not have a guard railing system to prevent employees exposure from falls in excess of 8 feet while storing, arranging and moving material.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(ii): Flexible cords may be used only in continuous lengths without splice or tap. Hard-service cord and junior hard-service cord No. 14 and larger may be repaired if spliced so that the splice retains the insulation, outer sheath properties, and usage characteristics of the cord being spliced. a) Cord wires used to connect with Palsa Pump was joined by use of wire nuts which did not have the same insulation properties of the orginal cord.
