29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. 1. Near the Line 4 Filler Area, on the south wall, there was a 277/480 volt electrical panel box (# LP 277A) with an unused opening located inside of the box. Employees were exposed to physical contact with live parts.
