29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level: Location: Jobsite, 65 Bedford Road a) Employees doing exterior masonry work on a scaffold were using an extension ladder to access the scaffold. The feet of the ladder were placed on hollow cinder blocks, thus exposing employees to falling up to 18 feet to the ground below on or about 01/09/13.
