(a) Marble manufacturing, West wall of mixing area; on or about January 9, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were mixing several gallons of resin containing styrene, a Class I flammable with a flashpoint of 88 degrees F, in the same area with unapproved electrical junction box wiring. (b) Marble manufacturing, West wall of mixing area; on or about January 9, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were mixing several gallons of resin containing styrene, a Class I flammable with a flashpoint of 88 degrees F, in the same area with unapproved electrical switch for the Rich-Air, air purification system. (c) Marble manufacturing, West wall of mixing area; on or about January 9, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were mixing several gallons of resin containing styrene, a Class I flammable with a flashpoint of 88 degrees F, in the same area with unapproved electrical wall fan wiring.
