29 CFR 1960.8(a): The Agency head did not furnish employment and a place of employment to each employee that were free from recognized hazards that caused or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to a fire hazard during the battery charging operation: a) At the battery charging area in Building 26, on or about January 10, 2013 and at times prior to, a FerroCharge forklift battery charger was installed on a wooden platform, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
