29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Personal Fall Arrest Systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level: a) An employee of Gateway was connected to a personal fall arrest system that would allow him to free fall more than 6' and hit the ground, due to the horizontal distance from his anchorage along the edge of the working platform.
